deonlinegigant.nl ships quickly and anonymously to your address. All our orders are packed in neutral packaging that does not contain a name or logo. There is no information on the box that would indicate the contents of the package. Your shop name is also not on the box. For privacy reasons, "Mail Order" is always stated as the sender. Your company address is listed as the sender address.
Delivery only to the address you specified (not to your neighbors).
Your order will be sent to the address you specified. If no one is home at the time of delivery, your order will not be delivered to your neighbors (this only applies to the Netherlands). The parcel service will leave a notification with which the order can be collected the next working day at the nearest PostNL office. When shipping via DHL and UPS, one delivery attempt is made, after which the delivery service can be contacted.
