How do we pay you back?

How we pay you back is entirely on how you have paid.

Depending on the payment method you chose, there are different ways in which we repay you.

  • credit card payment - If you have paid with your credit card, we will in principle refund the amount to your credit card. Have you not canceled your entire order? Then we kindly ask you to share your account number with us so that we can transfer the money.
  • iDEAL - In this case we book the money back on your account.

    • Where can I find information about my refund?

    The status of the reimbursement is nowhere to be followed, but we guarantee that we will arrange the payment within 5 working days of receipt and handling of your return shipment.

    I have not received anything from you.

    Depending on your bank, the day of the week, holidays etc. it can take a few days before the transaction is processed. If you have not received anything after 7 working days, please contact us.
