Extreme Humbler With Ankle Cuffs

The Extreme Humbler forces every sub to their knees. This unique ball stretcher is attached to the testicles and follows the curves of the buttocks. This makes it impossible to stand up straight. The adjustable cuffs are made of black artificial leather for a cool, challenging look. The ankle cuffs have soft padding so that they do not pinch, even with longer use. The lock can be locked through the small, round opening. The ball stretcher is adjustable with wing nuts, so you decide how tight it is worn.
