Replace batteries

Unscrew the cap from the handle and remove the empty batteries. Then replace the batteries (2x AAA) and insert them correctly (as indicated in the holder). Then tighten the cap securely. If the cap does not fit properly, moisture can get between the parts and the vibrator may not work properly. Is your vibrator vibrating in one setting or are you unable to turn Lily off? Then the batteries are probably installed the wrong way around.
