You control the intensity of the vibrations by squeezing the pelvic floor muscles. The trainer has a built-in sensor that responds to pressure and thus increases the intensity of the vibrations. Would you rather enjoy a constant vibration? That is also possible. Press the lock button and the trainer will remain in the selected position. It is also possible to switch off the vibrations completely. If the trainer is not used for 30 minutes, it will turn itself off to extend battery life.
